The coldest night of the year, the furnace went out. Joe was out there within an hour. Unfortunately the thing started working as soon as he got there. He still checked it out and gave me good advice. He told me if it went bad in the next couple of days he wouldn't charge me for another service call. Knowledgeable friendly, and honest.
