This was my 3rd attempt at engaging with Mercedes dealerships in order to get my dream vehicle. My 1st attempt was at 2 other dealerships within Tn. The Team @ Mercedes Collierville proved right away, they are not just a dealership. Mercedes Collierville surrounded me with professionals that wanted me to have the vehicle I wanted just as much as I did. They worked around the clock to guide me comfortably through the purchasing process. Ive interacted with other dealerships and researched MB for over 2 years. Mercedes Collierville got me into my dream vehicle in 24 hours of meeting with them. Today I'm the excited and proud owner of a 2017 C300. It's a beautiful machine and the service that comes with it is an experience one could only fantasize about. Thank you Christy, John, Harold, Brandon and many others of the MB family, for taking care of me. Ive already began to sing the praises of Mercedes Collierville to everyone who knows my personal journey with MB overall. I wish I could give 100 stars out of 100. The service, the interaction with everyone in the MB Collierville facility, and the performance of this vehicle is impeccable.
