I work literally across the street. I stop in for a snack or iced coffee pretty frequently. Today I got a large sweet tea and after I drank the entire think I open the lid to get the ice out and there was a bug in my cup. Not sure how it happened but I was a little sick. Other than that I have mostly had good experiences at this location.
I went back in to get a few cookies that afternoon and I mentioned the bug incident and the ladies apologized and gave me a free sweet tea with my cookies to make up for the bug. Very nice.
