Seem to be purely on the sales side for boats. I bought a wakeboard here but should have done it online. The bindings broke during normal use and they blamed it on me because I had to assemble the bindings to the board. They told me they contacted the binding vendor and the vendor said I was to blame also. After two weeks of waiting, I called the vendor directly and the vendor said they were never contacted by Marine Outfitters. What a waste of time! The vendor was very reasonable and never asked me for any proof, pictures, and receipts. The just asked me for my home address and sent me the binding plates no problem. I would recommend for someone to go to the store and try things on for fit but then go online for better prices and service. Lesson learned. I have still never heard from the store to date.
Bought a new boat from them and have purchased a lot of accessories over the years since then. Even though they don't sell my brand of boat any more we still use them for service instead of our regular dealer because we think think so highly of them. It's a great place to buy a boat and get service and parts as well.
