Manheim Nashville

I (an independent used car lot) bought a car here with a rolled back odometer, complained to management (Charlie Clarke) one hour after purchase only to find that he would tell me, “tough luck, a seller doesn’t have to accurately represent miles on a car that is 10 years old or older”. We have no use for this car so we re-sell the car back thru Manheim Nashville (without representing the miles as “mileage discrepant”) and take a loss. Months later I sell a car at Manheim Nashville (one where we did a cluster swap/repair). We made no announcements regarding any mileage discrepancy, because the car was 10 years old or older, and because of the rule Charlie Clarke made us follow previously. Roughly 30 days later Charlie Clarke calls me and demands that we buy this unit back from the buyer. We eventually agree to purchase the unit back after some discussions. Then Charlie Clarke informs us that we are to no longer conduct business with them.
