Magnuson Grand Hotel - Memphis Airport

The management at this place are an absolute joke. They are renovating the fourth floor so they decided that 7.00am is the best time to start. Knowing full well that the sound travels ALL the way throughout the hotel. After complaining to management about it they said, there is no good time to start construction..... how about at 10 in the morning when everyone is awake after getting a sleep in. They said that they must start early because it's such a big job and they want to get it done to save themselves money. Well hopefully your ratings go down because of your incompetence and all this was a waste of time and money for you. The reason this place is so cheap is evident in the look of the place. Trust us find somewhere else not worth it.
