we had a great repore at first, then last Nov, service just DIED. LL took 6 weeks to get 1 digital print done, we ordered labels a month later and gave $75 for a credit to be on our bill for re-order. We were told the labels could be printed overnight, a week later they were not done. We had to call again 2 more times. When we re-ordered the same labels a month later, trying to give LL another chance, we attached an ASAP to the order, again being told they could be printed overnight. A week later, I emailed to ask if they were done and was advised, "you should have gotten with me earlier before I went on the road for my show." We requested the order to be cancelled, and now LL is refusing to issue a refund. I don't know what's going on up there, but we WON'T be back!
