I had an unfortunate fender bender and got wrongly cited for a citation i didn't deserve, he was the first person I thought to call for some advice, remembering his kind character. He showed incredible kindness and warmth when meeting with me beforehand, and in joining me in court.
Turner is kind, understanding, funny, and knowledgable. Overall he made this experience a positive one, because of this character.
