Keller Williams Realty : Mark Hite

Unfortunately I feel I did not have a great experience. 11 days with no contact, 2 offers I was not told about, the buyer did not switch utilities over and my realtor, Scott Gentry, did not respond again to questions about this. It's been 8 more days. Proper applications and paperwork were not filed or requested from day 1(starting in March), the payoff was incorrect and wasn't requested until 2 days prior to closing, closing costs and other fees were not properly explained. My only positive experience was speaking with Mark himself. He seems like a very smart and caring person. It's upsetting that one of his representatives could potentially drive away business. I would not recommend this firm unless you deal with Mark directly.
