Our family booked a Christmas Cruise and our Travel Agent Melissa was awful from day one!!! I would strongly recommend not using her for any type of assistance!!!! The follow up calll/conversation after our vacation was of course all the cruise ship fault! Im still confused what the HELL is a travel agent really for!!!! THANKS for a simple acknowledgment of your mistakes or an apology! It was clue when she couldn't get names and cabin correct on day one!!!!!
