they steal from their customers. Spoke with Jim the owner/manager and his attitude toward charging his customers more for using a debit card was disgusting. I spoke with him regarding being OVER charged and he stated that because he had to install chip readers in his business the fee went up 55%. To offset what they charge him he charges his card using customers an extra 1$. Think of all the one dollars that he makes extra without warning or people realizing. This is stealing and fraud. There is no sign posted & bank card holders do not have an option of receiving a card with or without a chip. all cards come with a chip now. It is not the customers responsibility to offset costs unless you raise your prices for all customers. Not that the owner cares, but I will not be back to this place of business
