Had a HORRIBLE experience!!!!! Kept the car for days!!! Charged us $400 and the car started doing the same thing within 10 min. Took the car back had it for days again never called us like they said they would we had to keep calling them and then said he would give some of the money back, went to get the car and they wouldn't give any of the money back and told us they don't know what's wrong with it!!! Who does that???? Everytime we called they said they were working on it, but everytime we drove by there it was never in there being worked on. Oh and they said the part was $230+ of that money and they got it from AutoZone...we called and the part was between $30-$49!!They took advantage of a young girl(our daughter) and didn't care! I will tell EVERYONE i know how AWFUL our experience was with this company!!!! Jim's Auto on Broad Street, Murfreesboro, Tn. RipOff!!!!! Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
