Andi is great! I've talked to her several times in person and by phone. I have a monthly plan and love it. I primarily use the touchless bay, which works pretty well. Occasionally the back end of my minivan doesn't get completely clean, but the rest looks great. I've found that if I give the liftgate a quick swipe of their brushes it helps substantially. Also, I use the brushes on all of the windows, front of mirrors and front end to remove any residue before going through. It only takes a minute or two and results in a much better wash. More than anything, going through the wash makes me feel obligated to vacuum at least some of the van every time which helps keep up with the 3 kids determined to destroy it.
