If you're too irresponsible to schedule ahead of time, expect to wait like everyone else. The staff aren't rude. They just aren't there for conversation. The prices are very reasonable for proper treatment. I've paid more at other vets just to have my pets misdiagnosed or to be overcharged. The people here are always very generous and helpful. I've seen no money-grabbing.
