I was only 5 minutes away at ABRA having some repairs done. ABRA called on my behalf at 9am to schedule a pick-up. They called again at 9:30 and again at 9:45. Each time, they were told someone was coming. Someone finally picked me up at 9:55. They were not busy and they had 3 men working. I could have made it to work an hour earlier, had Hertz picked me up on time. The rental car was dirty and the documents from the previous customer were still inside. I will never utilize this location again.
