We had Henry Drilling come out to our well when our well quit working. They told us they'd come to take a look and figure out what the issue was. We had multiple MAJOR issues on this project:
1.)Our well is out of site from our home at the end of the property so when their crew arrived, they immediately started pulling the pump from our well, which was set over 350'+ down. We were never called to verify this was ok, never discussed what they believed was the problem, and they just decided to pull it out anyway.
2.) Major problem #1: at the end of the day, I get a call from the crew saying they began pulling the pump and upon pulling it, the rope that was attached broke, fell down, and has clogged the well pump in the casing. They said that it should have never been attached to a rope and now they have a problem.
3.) Major problem #2: I asked what the solution was and they said they have to get their big truck to pull it out. "It is in the shop but will be out Monday".
That was 5 WEEKS ago and after calling and talking with Danny and multiple others, assuring us they would be right out to fix it as we are were their "#1 priority", I decided to just unclog the well myself.
There are two families that live on this property, four adults and three kids under the age of 4 and we were without water for 5 weeks. Upon getting it unclogged myself, I found that the electrical cable AND the rope had dropped into the well, clogging it massively, not just the rope. They launched an old well pump into the well in an attempt to dislodge it, which did nothing, but made no attempt to get it out.
Very upset with this company and we have never heard back from them yet. The least you could do it come back and fix my fence your guys destroyed...
