In the market for at least 3 large rugs, decided to give this place a try. Walked in and was greeted, told them we were just checking out the rugs, which are in the next room to the right when you enter. We were the only customers in the shop, and when we entered, the three employees that worked there were all the first room. In less than a minute all three of those employees came into the rug room were we were browsing and never offered any assistance, but 2 watched us intently while the 3rd employee pretended to Windex the tables (the spot on the same table by the way, the whole time we were there). They could hear us chatting about a particular green one we liked and started to comment on the green one amongst themselves as well. No need, we already got the message loud and clear that we weren't to be trusted. Again, never once asked any questions if we needed help or what we were looking for. Carrying a small backpack purse, so not sure how they thought we'd manage to steal anything from that shop, let a lone a whole rug. Probably would have bought the green rug if not for this totally uncalled for and bizarre treatment. Left immediately and went down 2 shops to Zein's Rugs. Highly recommend this place for quality, affordable rugs. Zein was friendly, offered his assistance, answered any questions with a smile on his face, and best of all, respected us enough to leave us to our own devices while we browsed. Bought 2 rugs from him, and he gave us a discount, unprovoked. Dropped a couple hundred at Zeins, and would happily do so again, and probably will. TL:DR- Go to A&H if you want your every movement to be watched like some thief, go 2 stores down to Zein's if you want great customer service and reasonable, quality products.
