Would have been a place I revisited and referred my out of town visitors to, but the the sales person (owner?) didn't greet us when we arrived or respond when we said goodbye and thank you. Initially she was in a music industry conversation with another customer, which was fine, but she never engaged with us and it's a very small store. Pretty clear she wasn't interested in our business. I definitely support local, but you've got to say hello. Won't return or refer. UPDATE based on owners response: your asst manager is not being honest with you. There were two other people in the shop and when we left, she was sitting quietly behind the counter. I know it's hard to entrust your business to others, so I feel for you, but it was very bad customer service. Important you know that. All the best!
