The best customer service, very friendly and accommodating and that was from the young lady that cheerfully checked me in, to Agent Dann and Agent Comstock. I did have an appointment and I had prompt service with no wait. They were able to get my laptop up and running again in a short amount of time. This was a very pleasant experience in a moment of crisis and I would highly recommend Geek Squad at Parkside!
