Fuji Yama Japanese Steakhouse

Food was great! Service was pretty good too! Our waitress questioned me about what I wanted, so I had to point it out in the menu. My wife didn't get her white rice, but a second waitress noticed it and immediately got her a bowl of white rice! The staff was very nice though, and we love the environment!!! Will definitely go back!!!

The staff is very friendly and there is usually no wait time for table seating. The hibachi prepared food is excellent and the sushi is decent. As a bonus, there are several Korean dishes to try such as Bibimbab and Hae Dub Bab (pic below) if you want something different to try.

The Marilyn Monroe Roll, Sunset Roll & Luis Roll are our favorites! The service is great, everyone is friendly! They have great yum-yum sauce, too.
