Went for a tire rotation on a dually , they wanted to do a side to side which is not the correct way. So I was charged extra because I wanted done correctly. I also told them to max out air pressure , when I go to pay I notice on the checklist the pressure was not correct, they took it back in pretending to add air as I stood in parking lot and watched. Checked air myself and was not correct. Manager was rude and could not care if it was done right..
