I work in customer service on a day-to-day basis and it is safe to say that the customer service at this location is lacking. The gentleman was very rude while talking to the client before me and myself. He also was belittling when it came to my watch in regards to the watches that he custom makes and how most people couldn't afford them. I tell you what I can't afford and it's not the watches. I can't afford a very poor attitude and a big large dog up on me shedding hair on my dress pants that's not professional. I wouldn't recommend doing business here.
