Four Points by Sheraton Memphis - Southwind

I don’t usually complain but I chose this hotel because it was rated so high and decently priced and it disappointed me for several reasons. The AC unit in our room was very loud and so we did not get good sleep. I think the cover on it was loose because it would rattle but if we put something against it, it would stop... for a little while. The bathroom light when turning on was something out of a horror movie with weird flickering. The noise level was higher than I would like. Between guests coming in after midnight, slamming their doors and hearing small children yelling down the halls in the early morning and having the AC tapping away it was hard to feel well rested. It’s not in a very nice area of town either I found out even though it’s close to some nicer areas :/
