Terrible!!! I had a simple intonation adjustment to return. Upon pick up, my strings were extremely high. I informed the owner, who has the personality of a doorstop, and he asked me how often I play the guitar. The inference that I do not know my own guitar was offensive. I asked how much to correct the issue. He took the guitar back turned two screws and handed it back to me. Such poor work, customer service, and interpersonal skills should not be in business. He did not attempt to meet my needs or even find out what they were. I give this business one star because it is not possible to give less.
