I rented a larger space at Extra Storage almost a month ago. The ladies were very nice and tried to be accommodating. I asked for the month of free rent as advertised and was told it had expired and they had not had time to take down the signs. I returned more than three weeks later and the many signs for free rent were still posted all along the drive up the hill and could have been removed easily. I called and reserved a space, the day I arrived the entry door was very small for such a larger space and I told Kristen this was a problem. She found one close by with a large door. She said it had just come available. I thought, why didn't I get this one since it was available?? I am sure the ladies are told to be deceitful when renting the spaces. The temperature seems to be hot in the space. The manager says it is 80 degrees in the summer and 65 in the winter. It seemed much hotter. Just so you know what to expect when renting here.
