I tried to cancel the contract within a few hours and they said they are keeping 25%/$1300 of my money. I only wanted to get additional estimates to make sure they were the best choice. Obviously they are NOT. They refuse to return all of my money. They said it's insurance fraud. I said it's not fraud to use a different company. What they are doing is fraud!

I am still waiting for them to do my roof. The contract was signed on December 2014. And against my better judgement they were paid in full. I know big mistake! Here we are September 30, 2015 and they still haven't put up my new roof. I have been more than understanding about their scheduling issues or delays because of the weather. They are no longer returning my phone calls. I meant to give them a negative rating but I don't know how to change it. I would not recommend this company to do any type of work.
