Extended Stay America Nashville - Brentwood

Terrible staff and terrible place to stay at. The entire place smells like swere ( Hotel lobby as well as the room) unfortunately we prepaid for this location for 4 nights and we didn't have a way out. We had to stay or spend another $600 somwhere else. 2nd night we had an issue with the toilet flushing down the drain, called the front desk and she said come get the plunger and try to plunge the toilet. I guess I didn't have a choice but doing it. Strongly suggesting to stay away from this location at Brentwood, TN.
