We usually end up having to rent vehicles several times a year and never have had any issues until trying to go to the Enterprise in Knoxville (never had a problem in Florida). They have some ridiculous requirements to get a rental. But I find it funny that 2 weeks ago we met the requirements and were able to rent but this time we didn't, yet nothing has changed. Save your time and effort and just go to Hertz or Budget. Never again will we use Enterprise.
