James Ball came out, got up on roof, took lots of pictures, was at my house close to an hour- said he'd have a quote to me by the following Monday... that was over 5 weeks ago. It's remarkable to me that in this economy any business is willing to turn down work- and at the same time, create a negative impression that now finds its way online for everyone to evaluate. Shame on them.
