I'm not impressed with this company's customer service. We previously did business with Numotion and they were a lot better. Within having this chair through Ed Medical for 2 months, we are looking at it being fixed for the second time. I have had to call 3 times in a week and a half because no one has called back like they said they would. My 3rd time calling was today and I talked to Chelsey. She's finally getting someone to come out and look at the wheelchair. These people need to work on their customer service.
If you use a manual chair for mobility this is NOT the place. People are corteous enough however the level of service that an independent manual chair user needs was not there. Also, after paying up front for upgrades that were possibly not covered by insurance, we we're never reimbursed after the insurance payed out to EdMedical. We watched all the statements of payment and could see that Ed Medical was paid for things we fronted. When it was all said and done we had to pursue them to get that money back. Left a sketchy taste in my mouth.
