My experience with Downtown Condo Connection has been excellent to date. Jon Pierre has been patient, professional, and efficient. Patience was shown as we experienced the long wait for the townhouse to become available for leasing. Professionalism was reflected from the time he initially inspected the property until it was leased. Jon Pierre made recommendations for improvement, which I followed. All of the recommendations made the property simply lovely!!! Very shortly, after the property was available, he immediately found a tenant as promised. Prior to the tenant moving in, he took care of finding someone to clean and ensure that the property was totally move-in ready, which speaks to his efficiency. His assistance along this journey has made a stressful situation stress-less. Jon Pierre is my hero and I am sure he will continue to be! Thank you Jon Pierre!!!!!
