Until the last two weeks, I’ve had a wonderful experience with this store. The last two attempts to order have been terrible. The 1st instance the driver could not find my apartment community and insisted that I was directing him in the wrong direction. It turns out that he was in fact in the wrong area. I called to cancel my order. Tonight, I attempted to give this restaurant another chance, but I was informed that drivers no longer approach apartment doors. Interesting that as of one week ago, this was not the policy. The customer service personnel was rude, short on answers, and unwilling to further explain the date in which this policy changed with Dominos. I am extremely disappointed and will be sending additional complaints up the food chain.
