My son arrived at this location today 7/18/2017 at 1pm, we had an issue which I filed a complaint same day. 7/25/17 I received a call from the store manager Heather and she was so sweet, she apologized and told me she will get to the bottom of our issue and address it. Love that I received a call and that my issue wasn't looked over.
