Darrell Waltrip Honda

Made a appointment to have air bags replaced due to a manufacturing factory recall. Said it would take only one day. Was given a rental car to use which was nice to use. After 24 hours called to inquire about the status of my car. Was told it has not been worked on yet.. What was the point of the appointment?... Told them I was going out of town and would be taking the free rental car.... 15 minutes later was told my car would be ready by 6pm.. Imagine that.....

Given I have been a Toyota driver for years, I went into my car buying experience thinking I was going to buy a Toyota Highlander until I became more familiar with the Honda Pilot. Our sales consultant Blaine Lash was knowledgeable and excellently demonstrated all the great features of the vehicle. Overall, our sales experience at Darrell Waltrip was better than what I experienced at the Toyota guys up the interstate in Cool Springs.
