Crossfit Bartlett is AMAZING!! Starting out, I joined World's Best Boot Camp , offered by Crossfit Bartlett, and fell in love with exercise! Justin Emmons, the owner, truly is about helping his members overcome so many things from nutrition to self confidence. We are truly "Stronger Together"! From World's Best Boot Camp I joined another gym and took personal training. I got stronger, but didn't have nutrition help. At Crossfit Bartlett, I have gained a wealth of knowledge in so many areas of my life...from nutrition, to strength training, to endurance and an awesome Community of people I consider family!
