Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Mount Juliet

Rooms were nice and mostly clean, had an issue with lady bugs coming in from the HVAC. Staff did not provide the correct room. Staff had a roll away bed brought in which was filthy and did not have sheets on it. The staff then brought sheets for it in a bag and had us make the bed - of which not everything was provided in the bag and was also the wrong size. Staff brought the correct size up and we made the bed. Staff and management were not responsive, would not move us to the correct room, even though we verified online they were currently available, and did not adjust the price of the room to the cheaper rate of the room we actually got. Poor service, convenient location and overcharged us. Probably will not be back.
