Courtyard by Marriott Memphis East/Bill Morris Parkway

This was a great experience. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. They changed my room to another floor with no problem and made themselves available whenever possible. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the TVs are great! They are smart TVs with Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, etc. It was nice to have options when I came back to relax. The room service is not intrusive; all of my personal items were left in their place and the bed was made, towels and toiletries replaced. I will definitely look forward to staying here next time I come to Memphis.
