Service lacking -- dont be in a hurry -- girlfriends planned ahead and ordered the day before so we would not have to wait (as past experience was slow) -- still took almost an hour to get our food out to everyone-- and grilled sandwiches are not the best cold. So sad that they do not have the best service, because the menu is varied -- and my sandwich was not as good as it could be, if it was toasted -- not cold cold like it was delivered. It is like they do not know how to serve food -- because we had to ask for forks and napkins -- and no one came to ask us for refills or how we were doing except when we were leaving ( after 90 mins ) -- i will probably return -- but definitely don't come if in a hurry -- would really like to taste the sandwich the way it was designed to be --
