I have been bringing my Titan here for servicing since Feb '15 on advice from a friend. They have always been prompt and friendly. Last Thursday night I noticed a screw in my tire after hours and needed to be on the road Friday morning by 8. I got to CB a few minutes before 7 and did not have an appointment. I explained my situation and not only did my vehicle get rushed in but all of my tires were checked and another screw was found in a different tire. They took the time to look everything over even though I had no appointment, and when I went to pay I was told no charge. I was blown away by the kindness and fully expected to pay for the service. Everyone at the shop is always so honest and friendly and I will continue to take this and any other vehicles I may own in the future to them.Thank You CB Automotive!
