Chopt Creative Salad Co.

Well that was an unpleasant experience. I went here with 4 coworkers for lunch, and we all agreed afterwards that this was a lunch we would remember. First, the ordering and payment process is a cluster and rather confusing. Most of us had to be ordered to move to the next correct location in the process of paying and then watching them make the salad/wrap. As 5 educated and reasonably intelligent people, I think it's safe to say that a process is broken if we all felt confused by it. Secondly, I'm thinking the dining room isn't large enough for this location since there was nowhere available to sit, even though they brought in chairs and tables from outside. So, we sat outside and ate in 35 degree weather because there just wasn't any other choice. Food was descent though, we all agreed on that. I just doubt we will go back to go through that experience again.

Really nice employees and good salad. The ordering process was very confusing, as others have mentioned.
