I called and made an appointment. No time during the conversation was it mentioned they had moved. I arrived for my appointment to find a faded posting of there new location. I drove to the new location to find no parking. It was so bad even a police patrol car was double parked. I called and told them there is absolutely no parking. She said use the valets. 1) this would be nice, if I knew where the valet parking was located 2) what would have been great is that you told me you moved in the appointment call or at the very least emailed me you had moved.

Condescending manner. Makes mistakes in writing prescriptions (failed to indicate refills on maintenance meds, wrote wrong quantities). Consistently fails to return repeated calls/messages from both myself and my pharmacy.
