Good place. Regulars make it a welcoming environment. The specials make it a good deal, and the food is quite good. Also, Jorge makes it a very welcoming environment.

Also - if you rated this down for loitering I seriously don't see how that relates to quality - perhaps you should just get over it. Heck I'd be flattered if someone thought I was tough enough to be confused with a thug.
