The Cabin Rental Store

I must say I am deeply unsatisfied with the lack of service that was provided on my second stay with you. As a guest, a person never come to a place that is not cleaned when they have paid over $2,000. This is supposed to feel like a home away from home, and it’s not. We came here to enjoy a great time with our friends, and the house is filthy. The beds weren’t made upon arrival from previous guests, the showers weren’t cleaned, bugs in the tubs, dirty wet towels that were used in the bathrooms. Not to mention we literally had to strip our own beds and wash the linens to have something clean to sleep in. We were up nearly to 3 am washing dirty linens and towels when they were supposed to already be made. I understand that the weather was bad. However, being that individuals are from this area, and we came from out of town and made it to the cabins is a poor excuse for not cleaning. In addition, the roads weren’t plow and several of my party almost slid down the road. We were told that the cleaning service was coming this morning to clean the house, but at the front door were two guys dropping off clean linens and towels. The house is still dirty. I hate to say that I would not be returning again for future stay. Sent from my iPhone
