My experience at this store consisted of absolutely atrocious customer service. I went in to exchange a coat that was a gift and was one size too small. The customer service rep couldn't find the correct size online so he spent 20 minutes calling and waiting to hear back from other stores while I stood there waiting. Finally he offered the to take my information down and call when they located a replacement in the correct size. He called later to tell me they found the jacket and that it would arrive in a week and that I would get a tracking notification when it was sent. I never received a tracking notification. Only upon emailing to ask about the status did I receive the tracking information. The package was supposed to arrive on a Friday but due to an incorrect address entered by the sales associate or their shipping company it was delayed until Saturday. When I finally opened the package I found a coat that was comically undersized, probably 5 full sizes too small with no receipt or return shipping label. No apology was ever offered for the mistake and email questions to the general manager and sales associate as to what happened have gone unanswered. Overall, an extremely dissapointing experience that will guarantee no future business from myself or anyone who values decent customer service.
