Very pleased with my experience at Buckner's today. They were able to diagnose and fix my car problems in one afternoon. Final price came below what I was quoted (which I had already determined was a fair quote price based on research before arriving at the garage). John is professional and fair.

The mechanics are honest and neighborly. When I brought my car in, they told me how serious the rust was underneath and said that many mechanics in the south wouldn't work on it. I had no idea it was so bad, but they talked with me about whether I should consider getting a new car or continuing the repairs that would inevitably arise. I had also taken the car to Free Service Tire on Kingston Pike earlier for the same problem; they quoted me $530, while Buckner's did it for just $110. FST wanted to do additional work just to be extra safe, but the vast majority of the difference was labor cost ($350 versus $75). I trust Buckner's and was treated very well.
