Do not purchase anything from this place!!! Very dishonest demon!!! My parents recommended i purchase a vehicle from here, having purchased one before I assured them he was a crook, they insisted. Putting my faith in my parents i agreed. Put $500 down of $1500 on a 2000 ford focus. He didnt even own the vehicle before he tried to sell it me. He claimed it had a gas smell and was waiting on the seller to fix it (Brownlee Autoplex ). Approximately 1 week after the deposit the car still wasnt ready. I requested a refund. I received my refund two days later. He knows my parents well and knows my daughters history. I am a 25 yr old single mother of two girls,6 and 4(the oldest of which is a St Jude brain tumor patient) I apperently have bad judgment skills. My 2008 ford fusion (which i previously purched in 2016 from this same crook, car ran decently despite being rigged in several ways, I even drove for dominos for 6 months with it!) was wrecked and i was prepared to junk it after st jude so kindly orchestrated a tow/appraisal and even $1000 towards the matter (provided by Hogs for a cause).I need/want to go back to work. Im in school, my oldest is in school and has weekly drs appointments and i co parent with my youngest father (who has also been cheated by this crook), so i am in desperate need of a vehicled, the fusion stopped working in Nov the last time I've been to work. So my loving parents without my knowledge or consent recontacted him on my behalf. Bro Terry contacted me and assured the vehicle was repaired in decent driving condition for me and was willing to accept my minimal payment as well as junk my previous vehicle with a value of $250, which would mean i would owe $750 instead of $1000. Being desperate, i agreed. That was 1/8/18, on 1/10/18 after leaving St Jude, the car ran hot, cut off and would not start back up, i called Bro Terry, only voicemail. My mother, again without my knowledge or consent contacted Bro.Terry on my behalf, he contacted me "stunned" the vehicle had a problem, came and picked it up on his tow truck 1/11/18, asked if it ran hot and nodded as if he knew what was wrong, and left. 7 days went by, no contact from myself or him transpired. My brother in his route to work passed his shop, stopped by and inquired, Bro Terry was waiting to hear from Brownlee Automotive...1/16/18 I requested my money back for the second time via voicemail since that was all i could reach. 1/17/18 I spoke with Bro Terry and requested my money back he agreed and told me 2-5 days because he had "NO MONEY" i requested 10% of the money because i didn't believe he had "NO MONEY" (considering Ive witness him pull a bankroll out of his pocket on numerous occasions,as well as he has the audacity to be a preacher and have a church located on Tate, right around the corner from the shop, ALL preachers have money) His response was " I could care less what you believe, i have gone above and beyond for you on your parents behalf." Before i could finish a complete response he hung up in my face. I have neither vehicles or any of my money. Neither of which i can afford to not have. I want physical harm done to this man, unfortunately that is neither my right nor responsibility. For that sake i ask EVERYONE to refuse his business in my hope for him to permanently close down.
