Amazing facility and friendly sales people. They do seem to get overwhelmed during the peak hours as there was a line of 4 families waiting for test drives and 2 more couples to sign their paperwork on Saturday afternoon that we were at their Columbia location. They were, however, very expedient with paperwork and straight to the point answering all questions, which made the turn around fairly quick. All and all, I would say a 4 star experience, but Leanibell was a sure 5 star sweetheart and professional, so 5 they get!
