One word BEDBUGS! It was more of the way they chose to handle the situation that was the worst part. Drove home in the middle of the night only to stand in our driveway at 1am to spray ourselves and everything else with alcohol in hopes not to bring any into our home! This was a terrible experience no one would even call me when i emailed and asked them to they will only email you and even stopped replying to emails. We took pictures of the bed bugs and the bites.
