Worst bank I have ever had to deal with. You would think they would have more than one person on staff considering it’s a 10 story building. They also don’t seem to understand that 90% if the work force has to visit the bank during lunch considering most people work a 9-5 and all banks close by 5. A smart business would have the appropriate number of staff to accommodate this.
To make matters worse the people working don’t even look at the guest list (and there will always be a list) so you may get lucky and helped right away or you may be forgotten for 45 minutes. One woman (who I think is one of the senior bankers) will let you know if someone she’s helping got an appointment. That was the only professional thing I saw while in this location. The only reason I didn’t close my account today was because I called another location while I was waiting and they were happy to help.
