Avis Car Rental

This us not a rating for Avid in general... this is for this location. I travel a great deal for work and use this location often. Ever since it was bought put and moved into the Embassy Suites.. it is horrible. I am Preferred Plus and it took me 40 minutes in line to puck up a car! One guy working at the speed of a sloth and 2 others just standing there. I finally get my papers for my car... and he says it will be a minute, we have to go clean it!!! All of the customers in line were pissed. One had left luggage in the truck after a return.. and they rented it out. Never even checked the trunk! Then.. Never apologized either. This place is a mess!
